Returns
We do
NOT
accept any returns unless you got the wrong item (other than what you ordered), defective or damaged item.
Failures to follow manufacturer’s instructions to assemble, install, operate, or download proper software etc. are no grounds for return as defect.
Wrong or defective item/s received must be reported within 7 days of purchase or 3 days of delivery. Buyer must return the item in its original packing and original shipping supplies (shipping bags or boxes the item was shipped in).
Defective return will be accepted only when a proof is provided by the buyer as requested by the seller such as pictures etc. and dispose the item if and as instructed by the seller and provide the proof of doing so as requested by the seller.

Fasteners #6 and below are designed for very light application and specific use as described by the manufacturer and misuse, over tightening, wrong application or use of impact drivers over torque etc. will cause the heads to break and cannot be returned or exchanged. This also applies to all the other #’s when over torqued or wrong applications.

***Improper use / application / or use of impact drivers on certain size and type of fasteners may cause the heads to break off you might need to drill pilot holes etc.
